Keeper Combat

Keeper Combat is the modern day version of goalie wars / keeper wars. Two goalkeepers have a goal each, on a pitch 20-36 yards long depending on age group . The goalkeepers must remain in their own half of the pitch and shoot at each other over a match lasting 4 mins.

The winner is the keeper that lets the least goals in his net. Head GK coach Andy Collett says "Keeper Combat can improve almost every aspect of goalkeeping including shotstopping, handling, parrying, when to catch, when and where to parry, reactions, fitness, distribution with feet and hands plus it can help with tactical awareness and concentration, where is the keeper weakest? Where is it harder for him to save? Is he off his line etc etc but most of all ....ITS BRILLIANT FUN "
